How many certifications are you pursuing, considering, or telling yourself you may need next?
The question is not whether you love learning. The question is: what are you hoping the next certification will finally give you?
For a lot of coaches and practitioners, it is not another idea. It is certainty.
You want to know that when someone brings you money, relationships, visibility, self-sabotage, fear, or a decision they cannot move through, you will not sit there searching your memory for the right tool.
You are trying to become someone you can trust when someone is in front of you.
And That Creates A Very Specific Split
You want clients. You want full classes. You want more people saying yes. And there may also be an aspect of you that is relieved when nobody does. A yes means somebody is about to sit down in front of you and expect you to help.
Are you as afraid of the yes as you are of the no?
That is worth answering before you buy anything else. Another certificate only matters if it changes what happens once the person is in front of you.
When Someone Is In The Chair
You have already done a lot of work. You have read the books, taken the trainings, learned the modalities, attended the retreats, studied mindset, somatics, spirituality, energy, coaching, healing, or some combination of them.
You may already be very good at explaining why something is happening. Then a real person sits in front of you with a real situation.
You know several things you could try. You pick one. You watch what happens. If it does not move, you reach for another.
That is not the same as having a process you trust.
And it is why I need more training before I am ready can sound completely reasonable. And what if the issue is not that you need more information?
What if you need to know what layer you are working on, what you are listening for, and what to do when you find it? That is where Level 5 starts.
The Fuel Line
Level 5 uses the Theory of Constraints to ask a simple question: what if the thing limiting the result is not the thing you keep improving?
Picture a high-performance car with a tuned engine, plenty of horsepower, good tires, and a crimped fuel line. You can improve the windshield. Upgrade the suspension. Train the driver. Add more horsepower. Some of those things may help.
The fuel line is still crimped.
That is the distinction behind the Five Approaches to Human Change. The first four work primarily with the content of a life: behavior, thought, emotion, the body, energy, or spiritual interpretation. The fifth works with the conclusion or Spell underneath what keeps repeating.
That is why someone can understand an issue, reframe it, regulate around it, talk about it beautifully, and still meet another version of the same conclusion later. And it is why another modality does not automatically make you more certain when you facilitate.
The missing piece may not be another tool. It may be knowing which layer you are working on, what Spell you are hearing, and what process to run once you find it.
The Quantum Mirror
You do not have to complete every piece of your own work before you support another person. You do have to take responsibility for what is yours when it shows up in the room.
When you facilitate another person, their language, conclusions and Spells can show you something in yourself that was less obvious while you were looking from inside your own story.
You keep doing your work.
You learn how to run a process for someone else.
When something in their session points back to you, you recognize it as yours and work with it instead of making their session carry it.
You do not finish yourself and then begin facilitating. You keep doing your own work while becoming more capable of running the work for someone else.

Evidence that you can run it
You do not receive certification for finishing the videos. You take the process into The Gym. You practice it live. Trained Level 5 mentors watch you perform each step, give you feedback, and check the step off when you can do it accurately.
You are not certified for watching. You are certified once someone trained to recognize the process has watched you perform it and confirmed that you can.
A place to use what you have learned
Once certified, you can use the Core Spellbreak one to one, subject to the program terms. Then, as you attend the Level 5 classes available to your tier, you can become licensed to facilitate those classes yourself.
One-to-one is a session. One-to-many is a practice.

How The Cohort Runs
This is not a pile of videos dropped into a portal with a congratulations email. The first live session is Tuesday 1 September. You move through the training as a cohort, one module at a time.
One module at a time
You get one module, work it during the week, apply it to yourself, and then move forward. The goal is not to finish faster. The goal is to become able to use what you are learning.
A live facilitator call with Abigail on each module
Bring the questions that came up while you worked the module. Abigail works the same Spells and principles from the facilitator’s side: what do you listen for, what are you bringing into the room, what belongs to the other person, and how do you remain present without becoming their authority? Calls are recorded for anyone who cannot attend live.
The Gym
Gym sessions run live on multiple days of the week. You practice the Core Spellbreak one step at a time. You repeat a step until you can perform it accurately, approximately three times, and a trained Level 5 mentor checks it off. Then you move to the next step. When the full sequence has been demonstrated and checked off, you qualify for certification.
A facilitator community
You are also inside a dedicated community with the people moving through the same training and practice process.

No prior facilitation experience is required. The training teaches the Core Spellbreak, and certification is only confirmed after you have practiced the steps in The Gym and demonstrated them.
I already have several certifications. Why would this be different?
This offer is not asking you to trust another certificate to make you ready. You learn a specific Core Spellbreak, practice it live, have each step observed, and earn certification after you demonstrate the work. The licensing path then gives you actual Level 5 classes you can facilitate.
What is the difference between Intro Facilitator and Certified Facilitator?

How long does certification take?

Do I set my own class prices?

How many certifications are you pursuing, considering, or telling yourself you may need next?
The question is not whether you love learning. The question is: what are you hoping the next certification will finally give you?
For a lot of coaches and practitioners, it is not another idea. It is certainty.
You want to know that when someone brings you money, relationships, visibility, self-sabotage, fear, or a decision they cannot move through, you will not sit there searching your memory for the right tool.
You are trying to become someone you can trust when someone is in front of you.
And That Creates A Very Specific Split
You want clients. You want full classes. You want more people saying yes. And there may also be an aspect of you that is relieved when nobody does. A yes means somebody is about to sit down in front of you and expect you to help.
Are you as afraid of the yes as you are of the no?
That is worth answering before you buy anything else. Another certificate only matters if it changes what happens once the person is in front of you.
When Someone Is In The Chair
You have already done a lot of work. You have read the books, taken the trainings, learned the modalities, attended the retreats, studied mindset, somatics, spirituality, energy, coaching, healing, or some combination of them.
You may already be very good at explaining why something is happening. Then a real person sits in front of you with a real situation.
You know several things you could try. You pick one. You watch what happens. If it does not move, you reach for another.
That is not the same as having a process you trust.
And it is why I need more training before I am ready can sound completely reasonable. And what if the issue is not that you need more information?
What if you need to know what layer you are working on, what you are listening for, and what to do when you find it? That is where Level 5 starts.
The Fuel Line
Level 5 uses the Theory of Constraints to ask a simple question: what if the thing limiting the result is not the thing you keep improving?
Picture a high-performance car with a tuned engine, plenty of horsepower, good tires, and a crimped fuel line. You can improve the windshield. Upgrade the suspension. Train the driver. Add more horsepower. Some of those things may help.
The fuel line is still crimped.
That is the distinction behind the Five Approaches to Human Change. The first four work primarily with the content of a life: behavior, thought, emotion, the body, energy, or spiritual interpretation. The fifth works with the conclusion or Spell underneath what keeps repeating.
That is why someone can understand an issue, reframe it, regulate around it, talk about it beautifully, and still meet another version of the same conclusion later. And it is why another modality does not automatically make you more certain when you facilitate.
The missing piece may not be another tool. It may be knowing which layer you are working on, what Spell you are hearing, and what process to run once you find it.
The Quantum Mirror
You do not have to complete every piece of your own work before you support another person. You do have to take responsibility for what is yours when it shows up in the room.
When you facilitate another person, their language, conclusions and Spells can show you something in yourself that was less obvious while you were looking from inside your own story.
You keep doing your work.
You learn how to run a process for someone else.
When something in their session points back to you, you recognize it as yours and work with it instead of making their session carry it.
You do not finish yourself and then begin facilitating. You keep doing your own work while becoming more capable of running the work for someone else.

This is not another tool to add to the pile. You become the tool.
Evidence that you can run it
You do not receive certification for finishing the videos. You take the process into The Gym. You practice it live. Trained Level 5 mentors watch you perform each step, give you feedback, and check the step off when you can do it accurately.
You are not certified for watching. You are certified once someone trained to recognize the process has watched you perform it and confirmed that you can.
A place to use what you have learned
Once certified, you can use the Core Spellbreak one to one, subject to the program terms. Then, as you attend the Level 5 classes available to your tier, you can become licensed to facilitate those classes yourself.
One-to-one is a session. One-to-many is a practice.

How The Cohort Runs
This is not a pile of videos dropped into a portal with a congratulations email. The first live session is Tuesday 1 September. You move through the training as a cohort, one module at a time.
One module at a time
You get one module, work it during the week, apply it to yourself, and then move forward. The goal is not to finish faster. The goal is to become able to use what you are learning.
A live facilitator call with Abigail on each module
Bring the questions that came up while you worked the module. Abigail works the same Spells and principles from the facilitator’s side: what do you listen for, what are you bringing into the room, what belongs to the other person, and how do you remain present without becoming their authority? Calls are recorded for anyone who cannot attend live.
The Gym
Gym sessions run live on multiple days of the week. You practice the Core Spellbreak one step at a time. You repeat a step until you can perform it accurately, approximately three times, and a trained Level 5 mentor checks it off. Then you move to the next step. When the full sequence has been demonstrated and checked off, you qualify for certification.
A facilitator community
You are also inside a dedicated community with the people moving through the same training and practice process.

I have never facilitated anyone. Is this too early for me?
No prior facilitation experience is required. The training teaches the Core Spellbreak, and certification is only confirmed after you have practiced the steps in The Gym and demonstrated them.
I already have several certifications. Why would this be different?
This offer is not asking you to trust another certificate to make you ready. You learn a specific Core Spellbreak, practice it live, have each step observed, and earn certification after you demonstrate the work. The licensing path then gives you actual Level 5 classes you can facilitate.
What is the difference between Intro Facilitator and Certified Facilitator?

They are recorded. The Gym also runs on multiple days of the week.
How long does certification take?
The modules begin Tuesday 1 September and release one at a time. Certification depends on your progress through The Gym and the sign-off requirements.
What do I get to do after certification?
You can use the Core Spellbreak one to one, subject to the program terms. You can also become licensed to facilitate the Level 5 classes included in your tier after attending each required class and completing the license requirements.
Do I set my own class prices?
No. Level 5 sets country-based seat prices for the licensed classes. You keep the revenue you collect from your class seats, subject to the final license terms.
Are there renewal fees?
The current offer states there are no renewal fees. Staying current requires attending updated versions of the classes you facilitate.
Can I upgrade from Intro to Certified later?
